MSN Remote Assistance

Need help from friends on your IT issues. You can add remoteIThelp@hotmail.com as your friend.
(Assistance depends on availability)
After successful adding of friend.

Step 1. Show the menu bar.

 Step 2.
Click on Actions > Request remote Assistance.

Step 3.

Only contacts that are showing in the below list is able to assist you. Click on the "PERSON" and click "Ok" button.

Step 4. 

- A messaging windows will open as below:

 - Once your friend have accepted, you will need to show your desktop by clicking the "YES" button.
WARNING: Everything on the computer screen will be visible to your friend. Ensure "CONFIDENTIAL" document are closed.

Step 5.

- A separate Windows like below will appear on your friend's computer.

- You will have the below Windows that allow you:

a. Send a file over

b. Start talking (using computer mic)

c. Disconnect (the remote assistance)

Splitting of your IPad Keyboard (IOS 5/6)

Do you know that you can actually split your keyboard into half?

If you are not aware of this.

Then you can start by using your left + right thumb (together) dragging from the center of the screen to the side.

You will see the screen exactly like the one above.

To revert back, simply slide from the side of the screen back to the center (reverse order).
